Hi, I’m Kathryn!

I initially became interested in emotional intelligence and leadership skills as a lever for cultural change in the corporate sector where I worked in senior management. This led me to undertake postgraduate studies in psychotherapy and coaching.

I intend to provide practical strategies and information for my clients so they can develop greater self-awareness and resilience and create positive change in their lives. Overarching this, my primary intention is that clients leave having felt safe, heard, and encouraged.

People are amazingly resilient and resourceful; hope is incredibly powerful, and so much is possible if we can encourage people to reconnect with themselves.
