Hi, I’m Fiona!

I was motivated to become a therapist because I was looking for a career where I could use my skills to listen and talk with people in a positive and rewarding way. My work provides this opportunity. Exploring your experiences, motivations and emotions in a session can help you to understand your needs and desires. It can help you to understand yourself more. It can help you to gain acceptance of the past and make better decisions about the next steps forward. do life differently and, if we are not harming anyone else, that’s okay.

I intend for my clients to leave our session with a feeling of being heard without judgment and greater self-awareness.
